Isn't This Technically Stalking?
A Pastor in Texas is photographing people going to porn stores and strip clubs, and then tracking them down and sending them postcards with pictures of them going into/leaving said establishments, letting them know that there's a church nearby. Check this article out.
Is it me or is this more invasive than the Patriot Act? And isn't this akin to stalking? Harassment? Is this normal in Texas?
