In my day job, I often deal with contracts the federal government is bidding out for the lowest responsible price. I printed out one of the CPA's "RFP's" (Request for Proposal) and gave it to someone in my office, who started to enter it in to our database until she realized that we didnt cover buildings in the Green Zone, Bagdad. But it is pretty cool to see mundane documents like budgets and bids for sandbags. This is a welcome sight for openness and accountability. I wonder if W even knows it exists. Word is he doesn't even check his own email. Check out the CPA website.
