Christopher Hitchens To Appear On Dennis Miller Tonight

Another favorite of the athenaeum HQ, Miller is following up recent guests Paul DePodesta, supporting star in Moneyball and current gm of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and Bill James, developer of Sabrmetrics with the quick witted Hitchins tonight. The athenaeum has covered Hitchens before.

if anyone wants a good quick little read, i suggest "A Long Short War: The Postponed Liberation of Iraq" by Mr. Hitchens. It is a collection of essays that he wrote before and after the invasion of Iraq in March 2003. Basically, he thinks that it was the right thing to do, because we didn't do the right thing during Desert Storm and let the Iraqi people be abused by Saddam for 12 more years. It is in the athenauem library if anyone wants to borrow it.
