HAARP: The Newest Tool in the War on Terrorism?

Get your tinfoil hats on kids, because the Air Force is working on the final stages of an airborne weapon that will shoot microwaves, which apparently causes a "disabling burning sensation." It has been in development at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for 25 years. They hope to demonstrate the prototype in 2009. Is this or is this not HAARP?

If Uncle Sam can fly around in a B- 1 Stealth Bomber and incapacitate you or an unruly mob with his HAARP-oon Guns, I think you know who is going to "win" the "War on Terrorism."
