Wrestling Legend Jake "The Snake" Roberts Found Guilty Of Animal Cruelty

Jake "The Snake" Roberts has been found guilty of causing unnecessary cruelty to his pet Burmese python. Roberts apparently starved the snake to death from August to September 2003. Roberts did not show up to his trial and a warrant for his arrest was issued.
The RSPCA brought up the charges against Roberts. They claim that the snake was starved, suffering from mouth rot, and being kept in an unsuitable tank.
Roberts is likely to receive community service and a fine as a result of his conviction.
