"Buddha Boy" Has Disappeared!

When we last heard about the so-called "Buddha Boy" Ram Bomjon, he was trying to meditate in a forest in southern Nepal surrounded by thousands of gawkers and merchandise sellers. He and a close friend disappeared in the middle of the night on Saturday. While many of his followers think Ram, who apparently has neither drank nor ate since he began his meditations, is a reincaration of Buddha, he apparently thinks of himself as an "austere sage." The Nepalese authorities are "90% sure" that he left voluntarily.
